The Soul

Everblooming is a woman-owned, boutique private practice that caters to women’s mental health and well-being. We value openness, vulnerability, authenticity, and humor. We recognize every single client that walks through our door (or enters our virtual waiting room) as an individual with a unique background and journey, and we tailor our approach as such.

Tori J. Andrews, MA, LPC

Well, hello there! I’m so honored you’re here.

As a therapist and more importantly, a fellow human, I am no stranger to seasons where our pain consumes us and it feels like we’re only planting seeds, and also seasons where we are thriving and in full bloom. I also know what it feels like to be somewhere in between and having no direction at all.

I ask clients to dig deep and be willing to explore, learn, and relearn. I ask clients to show up as their authentic selves and expect the same from me. I ask clients to be curious, to challenge, and to reflect. Above all else, I ask that you be kind to yourself or at least, be open to learning how.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to find answers and create change. I prioritize building a trusting relationship and safe space with my clients where healing becomes more tangible.

EXPERIENCE

I have experience working with women and men in a wide variety of settings, including hospitals, non-profits, and private practice. I have helped clients through various concerns including postpartum struggles, domestic violence, trauma, relationships, and identity issues.

EDUCATION

My orientation towards this work is person-centered and conversational. It uses elements of psychodynamic, IFS, CBT, ACT, and multicultural frameworks. It uses discernment and tailors itself to what the client needs and works well for them. It is depathologizing and does not seek to right wrongs, but rather understand and choose better. The biggest predictor of therapeutic success is the relationship between client and clinician and much of my practice stems from this value.
